CMAS Conference Accommodations

We have arranged for blocks of rooms at several nearby hotels for a reduced rate during the span of the conference. These hotels are either within walking distance or offer shuttle service to the Friday Center

Courtyard by Marriott

This is the hotel closest to the Friday Center. The CMAS block makes rooms available for $154/night plus tax (13.75%). Mention 2023 CMAS Conference to receive the rate when booking by phone.

Aloft Chapel Hill

Group rates available until September 22, 2023. The CMAS block makes rooms available for $134/night.

The Aloft is located within short walking distance of the Friday Center, but they also offer free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius.

Hampton Inn & Suites Carrboro/Chapel Hill Downtown

A block of rooms has been set up at the Hampton Inn & Suites Carrboro/Chapel Hill Downtown. The CMAS rate is $179/night. To receive the special rate reservations must be made no later than August 31. After 8/31, it is up to the hotel's discretion if they offer the group rate. They offer free, complimentary local shuttle service.

There are also a number of other hotels near the Friday Center, and many provide shuttle service to the Friday Center. Please make sure to ask if they do provide shuttle service, and ensure that their shuttle service runs until at least 6 PM, so that you can attend a full day of the CMAS Conference.
