CMAS Conference Accommodations

We have arranged for blocks of rooms at several nearby hotels for a reduced rate during the span of the conference. These hotels are either within walking distance or offer shuttle service to the Friday Center

Walking Distance

Courtyard by Marriott

This is the hotel closest to the Friday Center. The CMAS block makes rooms available for $144/night plus tax (13.75%). Mention 2024 CMAS Conference to receive the rate when booking by phone.

Aloft Chapel Hill

Group rates available until September 20, 2024. The CMAS block makes rooms available for $130/night.

The Aloft is located within short walking distance of the Friday Center, but they also offer free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius.

Hotels Within Driving Distance

Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

The CMAS block makes rooms available for $149/night plus tax. BOOK ONLINE

The Sheraton does not provide free shuttle service, so attendees would need to find other means of traveling to the Friday Center.

Hampton Inn & Suites Carrboro/Chapel Hill Downtown

There are also a number of other hotels near the Friday Center, and some may provide shuttle service to the Friday Center. Please make sure to ask if they do provide shuttle service, and ensure that their shuttle service runs until at least 6 PM, so that you can attend a full day of the CMAS Conference.
