Here is a quick outline of how this conference will work, so that you can prepare properly. Please use the links provided if you need help recording and narrating your presentation or uploading to YouTube. If you choose to upload your presentation to a different host, you will need to follow similar steps, but the upload process will be specific to your host. Note: Video presentations will only be available to paid conference registrants, and they will only be available in the weeks leading up to the conference, during the conference, and for a few days after the conference. After the conference is over, CMAS will make all presentations PPTs/PDFs sent to us available from the Conference Archive unless directed otherwise.
Extended abstracts should be submitted by November 1, 2021. All presenters need to provide an extended abstract. The abstracts should be NO LONGER THAN 6 pages and should be submitted in PDF format. The abstract should include your name, affiliation, e-mail address, fax number, and phone number. Please e-mail your extended abstract to email@example.com with the subject line "Conference extended abstract" by November 1, 2021. Extended abstracts will not be accepted after December 1, 2021.
