The descriptions of the SCCs and ORIS IDs in SMOKE can be updated easily by modifying or adding to the files that contain
these codes. The SCC descriptions are used in Smkreport output reports, and the ORIS ID descriptions are used in Smkinven reports when using CEM data. Updating the files descriptions or valid codes is simply a matter of editing the ASCII files
that contain these codes. The logical file name for the SCC description file is SCCDESC, and that for the ORIS ID description is ORISDESC. Example SCCDESC and ORISDESC files are in the $GE_DAT
