10.1 License Information

The Spatial Allocator set of utilties is released uner the GNU General Public License, which is also used for many of its components.

license.txt - The licenses for PROJ.4, Shapelib, and General Polygon Clipper
LICENSE.LGPL - GNU General Public License required by PROJ.4, Shapelib, and the GNU regex library
